Germany ease past their opponents and
now await an epic quarter final clash
Belgium set up a quarter final clash with Wales
after they ended an exciting tournament for surprise
package, Hungary.
Tottenham Hotspur’s Toby Alderweireld opened
the flood gates as Michy Batshuayi, Eden Hazard
and Yannick Carrasco all scored in the second half
to complete the rout as it ended 4-0 in favour of
the Belgians.
The stage is now set for a litmus test for the
Welsh side who now face a star-studded Belgium
whom they defeated in the qualifiers enroute to
Euro 2016.
Germany eased passed Slovakia by 3-0 to qualify
to book their place in the last eight of Euro 2016.
